The safety of our users (customers and service providers) is the top priority at Echeila. We have established these guidelines to ensure a secure and reliable environment during all rides, shipping operations, and field services.
1. Our Commitment to Safety
- Live Tracking (GPS): All trips and shipments are tracked in real-time via maps to ensure security and transparency.
- Ratings and Transparency: A mutual rating system is available after every service. Accounts with consistently low ratings will be suspended.
- Support Team: Our support team is available to handle issues and receive emergency reports.
2. Personal Safety and Mutual Respect
- Zero Tolerance for Harassment: Any form of harassment, discrimination, or physical/verbal abuse is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in a permanent ban and potential legal action.
- Privacy Protection: Drivers and users must not contact each other outside the scope of the requested service or misuse personal information.
3. Vehicle and Driving Safety
- Driver and Vehicle Eligibility: Drivers are required to maintain their vehicles regularly and hold all valid legal documents (driver's license, insurance).
- Safe Driving: Drivers must strictly obey traffic laws, avoid reckless driving, and never drive under the influence of any substances.
4. Cargo and Shipping Safety
- It is strictly forbidden to use the app to transport hazardous materials, explosives, illegal drugs, or any goods prohibited by local or international laws (including trips to Spain and Mauritania).
