These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access and use of the Echeila application. By downloading the app, creating an account, or using our services, you fully agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Nature of the Service Echeila is a technology platform acting as an intermediary that connects users (customers) with independent service providers (drivers). Services include passenger transport, local and international cargo shipping, water tanker ordering, and vehicle towing. The app does not own the vehicles nor employ the drivers.

2. User and Driver Accounts

  • Registration: You must provide accurate and updated information when creating an account.
  • Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any activity under your account.
  • Dual Account: The app allows using the same account as a passenger or a driver. You must adhere to the rules of the respective role while using it.

3. User Obligations (Customer)

  • Use the app for lawful purposes only. Do not use the service to transport illegal or hazardous materials.
  • Pay the agreed-upon fees to the service provider immediately upon completion of the service.
  • Respect the service provider and avoid causing any damage to the vehicle.

4. Service Provider Obligations (Driver)

  • Hold a valid driver's license, valid vehicle insurance, and comply with all legal requirements.
  • Provide the service professionally and adhere to the prices agreed upon via the app.
  • Do not share user data (like phone numbers or locations) with third parties.

5. Fees and Payments The cost of services is determined based on distance, service type, or in-app agreement. Payments are made directly between the user and the driver. Echeila reserves the right to charge service fees or commissions to drivers, which will be communicated appropriately.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

  • Echeila is not liable for any losses, damages, delays, or disputes arising directly between the user and the driver.
  • For international shipping or long-distance trips, the user and driver are solely responsible for compliance with customs and travel laws.

7. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account immediately, without prior notice, in case of violation of these Terms, repeated complaints, or fraudulent activities.

8. Modifications We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
